We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

 

Processing time

Each order is made and packed by our fulfillment partner. Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays) before shipping.

 

Delivery time

After your order ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Tracking

You'll receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

Multi-tub orders

Orders with more than one tub, including bundles, may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days.

 

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order arrives damaged, email us at support@prtglperformance.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
