Refund policy

We want you to love PRTGL Performance. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it.

Unopened products

You can return unopened, unused products in their original packaging with the safety seal intact within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

Opened products

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplement products, or products with a broken or missing safety seal.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us at support@prtglperformance.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

How to start a return

Email support@prtglperformance.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date. Subscription orders that have already been processed follow the same return rules above.
